I bought this for making our wedding invitation. It works with the melting gun, so you'll also need to buy a low temperature sealing gun as well. When using it, the first wax stick went in for half the length before it actually came out, when I want to use the other color, I just stick another in, and some previous color mix beautifully with the new color, like liquid mixing into each other, the texture is very satisfying, but if you don't want to see that kind of effect, just test on another paper for few more tries, then you'll get what you want. The timing of this waxing stuff is very important, so you might want to test before apply it onto your beautiful work.
