Great book for nutrition and dietetic students.Very informative and something you should have in your book shelf. I wish I bought a paperback copy though, as the hard cover weights a tonne.

This is possibly the best book for dietetics. It is very easy to read and understand, with tables and diagrams. Also, it is more applicable to UK stdents as it uses NICE guidelines, not the American ones.
