This book is an Military book made for the Army Catering Corps (ACC), and compiled by the director of Army Catering Services, the book is dated 1965, it was issued to soldiers during there training to become chefs, now almost 50 years on a book that was already quite rare is now very rare, and because of the detailed, comprehensive and varied content a very desirable book, with almost 300 pages, 1,076 recipes and 281 illustrations, it covers just about every aspect and dish associated with cooking, all in all an excellent book.
