I've never actually done Yoga before, and when I found this DVD, I thought I'd give it a go. It was unlike the Yoga that I perceived. It is about keeping your body and mind in balance through a lot of chanting, mantra, and exercises. Although some of the exercises look easy, they are quite challenging because of the repetition involved.
I felt fantastic after doing this, even after the first session. The exercises are designed to stimulate your internal organs, get rid of toxins and promote well-being. I would recommend to anyone who's looking to lift their mood, outlook on life and health.
