I'll be honest - I've not actually finished the book yet. I'm on week 3 and can't wait until week 7 to recommend it to you other mums out there. I have noticed a huge difference in our general happiness just so far. If you're struggling along feeling like it's all hard work and don't know what to do about it then BUY THIS BOOK. Big thumbs up :)

Really enjoyed this. Written with an intelligent, sensible voice and in a matter of fact tone that is not smug and know it all like a lot of other books in this genre. Picked up some handy tips to manage my school mornings which are usually very hectic with two school age children. We have now taken a step back and manage our routines with much more success and less tension. Well put together!
