4.0 out of 5 stars A fun, lightweight read 10 Feb 2004
Format:Mass Market Paperback
Jennifer Crusie never fails to please with her quirky characters and laugh-out-loud scenes. She takes a tired old plot (woman has had it with waiting for Mr. Right, and decides to set out hunting for him at a posh resort) and turns it into a delightful story filled with people that you would truly like to meet and hang out with. While this is not a serious literary work, it IS good fun, and well worth reading. You'll find yourself smiling through the whole book!

4.0 out of 5 stars Don't judge this one by it's cover ! 27 Jun 2001
Format:Mass Market Paperback
I would not have given this slim little romance novel a second look if it hadn't been for the fact that I loved Crusie's other books. After you get past the title of the book, which made me want to hide it from people who saw me reading, and the brainless premise of the story you end up with a fun, witty romance featuring real, flawed people in a believable setting. Don't pass this one by, it's worth a read.

4.0 out of 5 stars A Keeper 3 Jan 2003
By A Customer
Format:Mass Market Paperback
The wit and humour and a real insight into flawed human relationships makes this slim little romance a keeper. I love the clever repartee of the main characters Kate and Jake. Just sit down with a glass of wine and enjoy.
