Fantastic product especially when combined with 486RC2 or 222 heads. With the 486 I even managed to take portrait format with a 24-70L lens - that's a lot of weight

Just what I wanted - a small versatile tripod. However, you need a special adapter to attach this to your camera as the screw size is different to the one in the base of your camera. I also purchased the extension to go with it as I wanted more height than a gorillapod provides so it becomes very adaptable and folds up into a pencil case for travel.
