I have been practicing Bikram Yoga quite regularly for over a year now, and I always made do with some old beach towels I had. After far too many washings, they needed to go, so I thought I might invest in a 'proper' yoga towel (that actually covered the mat). This towel is great, it fits exactly to the mat, it is very thin and light so ultra portable and it provides amazing traction (great for Triangle pose). I would definately recommend it - I even bought a second one!
