Great little book, helped me hit free shipping threshold 10 Jan 2011
By J. Hope - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
To be honest, I only chose this book to help me hit the minimum free shipping threshold. It seemed slightly interesting. It ended up being a very small book, with lots of pictures and graphics, so not a lot of content. For the price this wasn't a surprise. Most of the content was common sense, and I can't honestly say I learned anything new from it, but it might be useful for managers who are just starting out on their career.
