I haven't had the chance to finnish the book cover to cover as yet, but even so felt i should leave a review.
I found the stye of the authors easy to relate to and eminently practicle. I have waded through all too many dry tombs in this genre and have found the book a breath of fresh air.
If you are looking for solid guidance from people who obvoiusly understand the preasures and dilemas of the management roll i really would recommend you buy a copy.
I look forward to the last third.

I picked this up at the airport. I've got a couple of others in the series too.

They're well structured and informative. Useful combination of facts / real world examples / tips.

The way thy're structured means that you can read separate chapters / sections without having to know what came before

Thouroughly recommend this book to help revive previous knowledge of managment techniques, and give pointers to latest thinking.
