4.0 out of 5 stars Still indispensible after all these years, 22 Feb 2001
By A Customer
THE definitive textbook on how it's done by the PR guru's PR gurus, even if the style can be hard going in places. The publication date means that some areas such as the internet are not covered, but for a fundamental guide to the principles this should be on every PRO's shelf.
