Worth the read 8 Oct 2011
I have taught the module for the CIPD course that this book was written for over the past 10 years and this is a really good accompaniment.
I now use it for a level 4 (1st year undergraduate) module as it is the only book that covers the 2 topics of Systems and Statistics. It is still a very readable text and, as it has few 'real world' examples, does not date as quickly as most dedicated systems texts can tend to.
