5.0 out of 5 stars Thought provoking and comprehensive approach to change, 14 April 2002
By A Customer
A comprehensive and practical approach to change management. The structure offers a step-by-step guide to diagnosing and overcoming the issues that affect all organisations today. Importantly, the book identifies the importance of linking different aspects of an organisation with the change programme. Not only is the book practical in context, but it offers an academic rigour comensurate with this complex subject. A must for MBA students and change practitioners alike.

1.0 out of 5 stars You will learn nothing from this book, 28 Dec 2002
By Søren Thomsen - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Managing Change in Organisations (Paperback)
This book is useless in learning change management. There are very few directions, methods or models. There is no thread. The author seems to have written every thought that came to mind in the moment of writing. I am sure the author is an expert in the field, but he has no idea of teaching or writing books.

4.0 out of 5 stars Very good book on Change management, 26 Sep 2011

Excellent book for Managing change in Organisation. Regardless of it being second edition (now at 5th), the book is well structured - easy to read!
