This was a really good buy, it helps the reader develop an understanding of the ethical discussions around research in health and what is seen as valuable. The post modernistic approach the author presents shows a liberating framework to the development of knowledge. I for one enjoyed reading this book and found it very useful as a reffernce book.

Rankin's introduction to change in healthcare covers all the bases and is insightful and well laid out. A v good insight into all aspects of change within the healthcare setting.
