Although much of this material is also in Pressman's definitive "Software Engineering, a practitioner's approach", this book presents it in a style and at a level more suitable for the managerial rather than technical audience. It is written in a question and answer style which is easy to assimilate. I particularly like the emphases on project management and its associated disciplines, and on software process improvement.
