Because the book was only released for the 1st time in 2010!!!(look at the dates of the comments)

Nevertheless, this is probably one of the best books on management you will ever read because it is BANG UP TO DATE!!!

As a student studying business it is very difficult to acquire this book due to the high demand from other students searching for this particular due to it being the core book for most universities this year.
