Format: Paperback
I bought this book to obtain the most important information on one particular area, that is data flow diagrams. only to be shocked when I opened and checked it that all the pages about data flow diagrams have been removed from the book from page 305 to page 310. the whole purpose of buying this book was worthless. I am sorry to say I will never ever buy any book or product through Amazon. Thank you
