I am presently developing a training module on "Facilitating change" and quickly reviewed a variety of change titles which sit in our University book shelves.
On initial glance this looked like one of the more approachable texts. This books brings together a variety of insights and theories some well known and others not so well known (well to me anyway). Having initially glanced at it I took the book home and having read the chapters of interest I can say that it was exactly what I was looking for.
It has certainly assisted me in the design stage of my training module.
Judging by the the number of copies of the 1st edition in our library I can only assume that this is a key text for a number of our Business School modules.
