Excellent Introduction & Informative Too

I enjoyed reading this book. It's a combination of inspirational, motivational, and technical. I thought the section on microphones was extremely valuable. The writing style is slightly informal but engaging. If you followed its guidelines closely you would have yourself quite a little movie from your iPhone. The binding is a bit awkward and "creative" but it worked for me. It is glossy and well constructed as far as bookbinding goes.
I gave it 4 stars because it's necessarily an introductory work but on the other hand it could be the perfect introduction to motivate you to a future in filmmaking. And, the basic point is that a iPhone camera is as good as any other camera for filmmaking and he puts it all right there on the page. Highly recommended as a gift as well for that avid iPhone user friend or child of yours. All in all a really nice piece of work.
