Chris Lefteri is Senior Lecturer in Product Design at Central Saint Martins College of Design, London. He also runs his own packaging, furniture and product-design business in London. I've recently purchased this book, and am so impressed with the amount of information packed into this attractive handbook. The book made up part of my reading list for the start of my course in September, and I know it's going to be the ultimate resource when it comes to choosing suitable materials and processes in relation to a breif. A must for anyone serious about design, suitable from As level and upwards.

what more could you want from a book about manufacturing...its perfect not too much text but loads of really good info... a must for any design student :) really easy to flick through and take in.

I purchased this book for my A' Level Product Design students as it covers a huge range of manufacturing techniques. It has proved very popular and has improved the quality of their Product Analysis research.
