I'll keep it brief - this book is superb, i literally couldnt put it down. I started reading with a highlighter pen and by the time i'd finished i'd used six pens, such is the depth and volume of advice. The book is quite general in it's audience and targets the full-service co-ed fitness industry (your normal gym or fitness centre) but the concepts and themes developed throughout the book are vital to the success of any fitness business (and more than likely most businesses)

Highly recommended, i wont be selling mine, i'll be keeping it as a reference.

Struggling gym owners can learn how to make money, for real! 22 July 1999
By A Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
I have been in the fitness business for 2 years and I 've been just breaking even, until I received this book from a friend that has a Gold's Gym. I was doing what was wrong with most gyms and trying to make it work. This book has given me a new perspective and by implementing just a few of the suggestions in this book, things are already turning around. My next 6 months should be very interesting. I would highly suggest this book for any owner even the ones that are making money, because you could always make more.
