This is not a book for the beginner, although you could get by with the condensed chapter on wine making. My research led me to this book because certain fruit and vegetables are getting more expensive and hard to find these days. C.J.J. Berry has with this book delivered everything I wanted to know, and a whole lot more. His no nonsense style is easy to read and the recipes easy to follow. Despite its small size it is packed with information and amusingly illustrated with wine making cartoons.

This is a serious 'must have' for anyone intent on building on to their wine making library. I am delighted despite the fairly hefty price tag.
