I chose this kit because my 5 year old grandson was interested in knitting and most of the kits look very girly, whereas this one didn't. Its very good with projects that would appeal to both boys and girls. It came very quickly too
The pictures on the box show several animals, and the blurb tells you it includes instructions to make wool animals. The instructions inside only include detailed instructions on two animals, and then say you can experiment to make others with very limited ideas given.
In addition the plastic reels to make the french knitting on are very rough, and the wool caught on the hooks. Eventually I melted the hooks to smooth off the rough edges.
Overpriced for poor quality materials and instructions.
