I bought this as a birthday present for a friend who is mad about sushi. I wanted to sneak a peak at the video before offering it to make sure it was ok and what a surprise this was. This guy is witty, charming, down to earth and seems to know a lot about sushi (obviously)! I dont even like sushi myself but ended up watching till the end for the sweet sushi version. So much better than a book I think as the techniques are well suited to be explained on camera, cant wait to see what my friend thinks!

I think this guy has missed his vocation he should have been a comedian its just great fun to watch even if you don't give a fig about sushi. I did learn a lot about sushi but honestly that was just a bonus!

I went to a class with Manu about making sushi - it was awesome and ever since then I've wanted to buy his forth coming DVD. Well now I have and I'm not disappointed. Manu is your brilliant, charismatic and interesting guide on a journey through sushi making. Its fun and engaging and everyone will love it. Buy it for christmas now - you will not be disappointed!GO now! what are you waiting for? Fresh sushi is just a DVD away.
