I bought this book to help me get fit, I found it really easy to read and very beneficial. A lot of its contents are quite common sense when brought to your attention and without out them I believe I would still be where I was. The book has enabled me to really think about what it is I actually want, and how realistic achieving it would be. It has made me put things into perspective and focus on what I want stopping me from making excuses and putting things off.
Recommended read for anyone who is struggling to commit and get focused on a goal.
