Donna Blinston is a certified trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and the founder of Inspirational Solutions in your hands consultancy, trained by the only recognized trainers of NLP accredited by Kingston University. Directive Common sense Recommended read,

I bought this book to help me get fit, I found it really easy to read and very beneficial. A lot of its contents are quite common sense when brought to your attention and without out them I believe I would still be where I was. The book has enabled me to really think about what it is I actually want, and how realistic achieving it would be. It has made me put things into perspective and focus on what I want stopping me from making excuses and putting things off.
Recommended read for anyone who is struggling to commit and get focused on a goal.

Helping my husband lose weight,

My husband admittedly is carrying a few extra kilos (he thinks 6) coming close to his 40th birthday and altough he swims and visits the gym a couple of times a week, he had not been able to make progress. I got him this book not for the new year but for the run up to our holidays in the summer and it has been able to help him focus on what's acheivable. By thinking through the goal and using the techniques in the book he has set out a simple plan and is losing the weight slowly. It's not rocket science what you need to do, but sometimes you need it laid out simply by someone else to help you do it.

Have tried many diet books over the years and a friend of mine got me this for my birthday. I thought I'd give it a go and it has worked wonders - by addressing the mental side I've found more discipline than ever before. Easy to use and apply to whatever your goal is.
