Lots of comprehensive theory and advantages explained. Also gives different routine advice ie warm ups, streching, main workout plans.
Gives general saftey advice whilst in the pool and guidelines for different diseases and advantages of doing water exercises ~ great to know - pass the word on! Those who suffer from atheritus, parkinson, tension, joints, nerves etc and those laid off due to injuries so can not go gym for a while and not do other land base exercises will be perfect.
Has good photos and description of exercises, motivates you to develop own exercises and routine depending on ability, need and time. Great resource to get knowlege to start and follow to integrate into own fitness plan. Transfer limitless exercise moves you know in to the water and get deep workout to keep in shape ~ get a work out that other training can not give due to the quality of water, feel energised and fresh!
I go to aquacise classes but now I like going with the mood of working more on my own tunning in and sensing giving more focus to my needs, book helped me know a lot of information to keep going and help me feel confident.
Would strongly recommed book for its knowledge and guidance!
