Make It Happen is amazing! It is up there with Step Up for me, and it is definatly better than Step Up 2.
The story is a typical dance movie story, but is still good. I just thought that the dancing was so good! I read a review from a newspaper giving it a 1/5 because they thought the dancing was rubbish! I'd like to see them be better!
The acting was alright, and the music was great. I also thought that the dances in Ruby's club were creative, like with the umbrellas, the spinning circle etc.
Overall, an uplifting movie which makes you get out there and fight for your dream until you get it...

I first saw this at the pictures and enjoyed it so much that I bought it on DVD. It has the same story line girls wants to dance but has to do it another way because she can't get into the school of her dreams but the dancing is amazing and the acting isn't too bad either.

This seems to be a 'modern' remake of Flashdance, but lacking the pace and the style. Not a bad film though, and it's enjoyable as everything about it is done well (acting, photography, dancing), but lacks sparkle. Maybe because it's in the shadow of the original 'dancer wannabe' movie?
