I felt that this book didnt really tell me anything I didnt already know, it is good if you are totally clueless about portraying a positive self image but all the stuff about acknowledging your flaws was dull and repetative.
I would recommend this book to someone who really is at rock bottom and cannot motivate themselves to make an effort with their appearance or notice their good qualities but I feel I am reasonably happy with myself so didnt really find it much help.

I found this book to be excellent. I admit the title was what got my attention but after I read the book I realized I was doing everything wrong. I felt that I was reading about my own life. At the end of the day this book forces you to evaluate your self in order to be comfortable in your own skin. You have to love your self first type of book. This book is perfect for an open minded person willing and ready for life. I also enjoyed and recommend How to Make a Guy Run after You - Simple Tips to Become Irresistible to Him

I wouldn't say it's the greatest help book I ever read, lots of the ideas are actually taken from "The Secret" and "Dating for Dummies", I suppose it depends if you read similar books like this before. If you have, you won't learn anything new with this one.

Much more than a guide to attracting men
Everyone should read this book. It boosts your self-confidence and makes you feel amazing. Written in a light bubbly style, it is nevertheless rooted in profound spiritual wisdom.

Blindingly obvious
This is incredibly American and poorly laid out. The title is misleading and it doesn't tell you anything that isn't common sense. I wouldn't bother.
