I felt that this book didnt really tell me anything I didnt already know, it is good if you are totally clueless about portraying a positive self image but all the stuff about acknowledging your flaws was dull and repetative.
I would recommend this book to someone who really is at rock bottom and cannot motivate themselves to make an effort with their appearance or notice their good qualities but I feel I am reasonably happy with myself so didnt really find it much help.

When I first bought this book I thought it would be more of a guide for women in relationships, when reading the book i soon realised it is more of a personal life coach book. It is a great book in guiding women how to feel happier in life and how to deal with the eveyday stress's of life. Being young I had hoped for a more step by step guide of what to do in relationship...(how to be the cool cat) but i must admit it did help in an even better way. It helped me feel good about myself and lets face it you have to feel good about yourself before anyone else (especially men) will love you.

I bought this book a few months ago, read the preface, and stopped reading it. It was so full of laughable language, that I thought I was reading a hippy book. Cosmic, divine, universe etc, sorry I thought this was about relationships on planet Earth? But a few days ago I was a bit bored and went through my books and saw this, so I thought I might give it another go. The good news is that the language tames down a lot after the Preface. Once the language is cut out you can take it a bit more seriously.

The truth is, this book is not all that different to other dating books I've read "Why Men Love Bitches" by Sherry Argov (my all time favourite and highly recommended) and "Treat them Mean and Keep them Keen" by Gerry Stergiopoulos. The language used is different but the messages in all these books are fundamentally the same, and important ones at that. The real success in dating lies in being YOU, not what you THINK someone else wants you to be. To keep living your life to the full because it is this that will attract a man, not a woman who will drop everything to be with a man and as a result become as boring as watching paint dry...

If you've read other dating books, then honestly you don't need to read this one. This book is really for the 'clueless' (for lack of a better word) or perhaps younger women, I'm 28, so I'm really talking 18-25 when you're still learning a lot about the dating world and I guess about yourself. A lot of it is common sense, and in my case a lot of it was irrelevant (e.g. the chapters on 'Trashing your Perfect Man Checklist', 'Your Parents Didn't Screw You Up', 'Perfect Packaging...').

Out of the half a dozen books I bought on the subject, this is simply different. While other books try to explain 'the game' and rules or tricks how to get a man, Marie focuses on you as a woman, how you should focus on yourself and your own happiness first and foremost to get to the point when you radiate the confidence and inner beauty that attract every person.
I absolutely agree with the content of her book. But some things are of course easier said than done. Focusing on yourself is not something that comes to most women naturally. Again of course it's something that should be prioritised and learned asap:).

I didnt think this book was any good to be honest alot of psycho babble, no actual tips or action to be honest. Read it in under two hours and just thought...I'll never really get that time back. Don't waste your money.

This book is rubbish for two main reason. First, too many complicated words/phrases and psychological jargons such as " Cosmic Intelligence" and "Timeless Magnificence" what does that mean? I have two BSc degrees and a Masters so I am not exactly what you would call an illiterate, yet I had to read several paragraphs of this book over and over again to understand the grammar. The author should have used simple English grammar.

Secondly, the "Making Every Man Want You" part did not start till after about the 30th page! The beginning of the book was wasted on irrelevant things like a 6 page acclamation and praise from readers, followed by preface, dedication, acknowledgement, how to get the most out of the book, reason why the author wrote the book e.t.c . There was no need for this. I would NOT recommend this book at all.

I wouldn't say it's the greatest help book I ever read, lots of the ideas are actually taken from "The Secret" and "Dating for Dummies", I suppose it depends if you read similar books like this before. If you have, you won't learn anything new with this one.

I thought this book was great, had some very interesting information in here which has helped me understand the male population alot better'.
Us women are far to busy trying to please our men when it should be the other way round! This book made me laugh at times but, "Oh how true" to life this read is! You won't be dissapointed.
