This book is wonderful. I started reading it and I couldn't put it down. These teachings from Maitreya are so beautiful and loving - and so simple to understand. They explain how if we all just lived our life in a more loving, thoughtful way, and became aware of how we think and act that we could be happy. As simple as that! I'm putting it in my bag to carry with me. It is just so inspiring, and whenever I have a negative thought I will pick it up to be reminded how I should be thinking. I recommend it to everyone.
