We must have most of the Maisy Mouse books as all my children loved the stories and characters and this is one of the best.
It is a large size book as it says on the cover and has 10 main pages.
The flaps are large and easily opened by small fingers.
Page 1/2 shows the different houses where Maisy and her friends live. Friends are hiding behind the flaps.
Page 3/4 is about gardening and teaches counting.
Page 5/6 is about painting and teaches colours.
Page 7/8 is about playtime and teaches shapes and matching shapes.
Page 9/10 is about the park and teaches about movement and opposites (low/high, up/down, full/empty etc.)
It's a very well thought out fun book while being a lot more educational than the usual Maisy stories.

Thank you to the previous reviewer for a full description and brillient review which echoes my own views. This book has been extremely popular with my son from the age of 14 months when we discovered it at our local library and due to him coming back to it every day I decided to purchase it. It is good because it is a large book with lots of differnt developmental elements to it which means the book will continue to be interesting for some time to come. Of oourse it is also great becasue it feature the ever popular Maisy and her friends. A Brillient book.

Babies delight in this wonderful flap book. Teaches children about colours, shapes, opposites, numbers, and more. Fantastic colourful illustrations throughout.

Wonderfully simple concept, much loved by my son. Would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who buys this and wants to encourage linguistic skills in an enjoyable way

The book was of poor quality, most of the flaps were torn off, not impressive
