Felt more toned after just a few workouts, would definately give this 5 stars for strength building.
This is about 30mins long, which offers a fairly intense workout for the time taken. Which is perfect if your like me and don't have a whole lot of time on your hands to faff around with low intensity workouts. There is a bonus 15 minute workout too. Which its very handy!

I only gave this 4 stars because a couple of the new moves i didn't take to, i felt they were a bit 'gimicky' and a waste of time. but over all definately worth the money and time. I do this workout before work, it's great to really get you motivated, but not too intense as to tire you out.
Also Ana cobain is probably the less irritating instructor i have come across.

I am exercising Pilates now for more than a year, about 3 times a week. Therefore I thought this video would be suitable for me. I liked to change in the movements. The exercises are quiet good and are demonstrated correctly. However several of them are not necessarily good for the neck, especially if they are done in a hurry. There should also be more advice about the correct posture. It is definitively nothing for people who exercise Pilates for a short time only and do not know what to take care of. Some of the exercise are contradictory to the Pilates I lerned from a physiotherapist. Concentration and concious exercising are difficult when the movement is fast. However, with a lot of own responsibility these exercises are possible. I like that the video is challenging, but would have wished for a bit music in the background, which would make it more interesting as well. I am not sure if I would it buy again, but I do not regret having bought it now.
