The first item I received didn't work, but I had no problem obtaining a replacement which arrived promptly. This charger works fine - much better than any non-samsung items which claim they are compatible with the G600 phone. I have no hesitation in recommending both the product and the company.

I wrongly bought the wrong charger, but i emailed them and recieved the correct charger without them even waiting for the wrong charger to be returned. Very good service, i received both chargers very quickly and would deffinatly recomend the product.
I ordered a replacement mobile phone charger from Amazon for £2 (free postage) and it arrived in 2 days with less hassle than my daughter having to purchase a jiffy bag and find a post office to return the charger I left at her flat. No doubt it would have cost more than £2 and precious time and hassle in the post office.
Mobile phone shops can supply a universal charger for between £10 and £20 and but want to see the phone first which means going into town! I'll always buy a spare charger for a new phone in future from Amazon.

good value for money
I'd lost my original samsung charger and wanted one that would work for little outlay and this fitted the bill quite nicely.
