This was a great, cheap accessory for my Garmin sat-nav, but it equally works well with any other USB-charged device. I use it to charge up my digital camera and Blackberry too.

Purchased this set at the same time as the Garmin as I wanted to use the unit that weekend.
When it arrived all looked ok plugged in the unit and POP the 3 pin plug fitting had blown, Phoned and was very pleasantly suprised 'Very sorry new unit will be sent out' thought i was going to have to charge in the car. New unit in the post next morning! Absolutely first rate customer service, product is exactly as advertised and works well.

Not suitable for a Garmin SATNAV
Don't bother if you want to power a Garmin NUVI unit. This power supply just sends it into USB mode.

Wel l satisfied.
Some reviews said that the cable was too bulky, but I had no problems with it. It all depends on the configuration of your cars dash board.

Garmin charger kit
Bought this charger kit for a Garmin Nuvi 1340, it woks fine via PC though had problems with mains part of the product.
