I received this as a rather unexpected gift and I'm pleased to report its quite fun.
It takes a while to get the hang of flying, and until you do you're likely to have a few crashes, I've had plenty but the appcopter continues to work every time, without damage.
The app had no problem to download.
The appcopter hovers and moves around the room with a great sense of satisfaction. It reacts quite quickly so you can power down the moment you're about to accidently hit something!
I guess the only complaint is the instructions on the back of the box differs from the app in the app store, which is newer, I strongly recommend going to the home page, clicking on the top right 'nut' icon, and then reducing the sensitivity from 5 to 2. Also its not that clear that the arrows on the home page is trim and to adjust them if your copter is slowly turning on its own.

This helicopter is amazing with great stability and amazing lift the app on the ipod is great with a recording button which means you can create set pieces for your helicopter to do it has been a great gift to play with and sutible for the whole family i personally think it is the best copter i have ever owned and i have owned hundreds of small scale copters and this made my christmas .i made a bet with my brother that i could throw it out are 3 storie house window and said it wouldent brake and now i pritty much got the copter for free as it didnt leave a scratch.the metal work makes it really strong but i would not reccomend for out side as it will just be blown to the floor .this helicopter is amazing and would advise buying it as it is the best for vale that i have found it even has voice control for gun fire noises unlike other models. i hope this has helped which helicopter you choose
