I'd seen this product on the Gadget Show, and thought it would be a great gift for my teenage son. I read all the specifications, and read them all again, just to be sure. There is nothing in the product details saying that it is only compatible to certain iphones. I was dubious of this so I checked again. No, it says 'compatible to iphone and ipod'. I looked at the small print, still not convinced. But no, it still said that. Imagine our Christmas day when my son puts his iphone into the gun and it doesn't work. Guess why?? It's not compatible with his particular iphone, as written in small letters on side of box, the first place it says this! I went back to the website again, as this was my sole source of information, and I was right that it does not say anywhere that it is only compatible with certain ones.
So, I am out of pocket as I have had to nag the company to acknowledge their mistake, which they eventually have, only took 3 weeks!!! But I've had to pay to return the item.
Disappointing Christmas Day...very bad service.
