I have tried several of the dishes in this book and each one was just delicious. I was really pleased at how simple they were to prepare and used just ingredients I had on hand, except for the fresh veggies that I had to pick up. I can't believe how versatile this grain is and so easy to use! I definitely am looking forward to trying more of these great recipes. Tthis book is deflinitely worth the cost, especially for a new quinoa user like myself who needs lots of great options for adding this healthy grain to my diet.
