5.0 out of 5 stars Good enough for the non-vegetarian 11 May 1999

This is a great cookbook and you don't have to be a vegetarian to enjoy it. I absolutely love this cookbook and I have not found one recipe I have been disappointed in.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fast, Tasty and Healthy Food 21 April 1999
By A Customer
I own a lot of cookbooks, but this is one of the few that I actually use. The food is delicious, and the recipes realistic. There is a refreshing absence of the kind of puritanical zeal that characterizes too many vegetarian cookbooks.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very good vegetarian cookbook! 16 Sep 1997
By A Customer
This is the 2nd best cookbook I own. The 1st is Lemlin's 1st book, "Quick Vegetarian Pleasures." The recipes are fun and don't require you to go to any specialty markets to find the ingrediants. Many of the recipes are quick and are so hi-lighted in the title. My only complaint is there are no pictures, but don't let this discourage you. This is a great book!
