Actually i would give this product 5 stars as it is brilliant ,the reason of only 4 is because of the packaging.
It arrived in a small jiffy bag with NO instruction paper explaining the correct way of fitting it,how tight to fasten it and no laundry instructions or guarantee ?
I realise it was only £6-49 but think a little instruction paper would help!
However i have shown fellow "knee" sufferers it and i am about to order 2 more for my friends.

I suffer from arthritis and my knee is one of my joints that suffer. But since wearing my magnetic knee strap I have little or no pain, what is surprising it is comfortable to wear.I would recommend it,well worth the few pence it costs.

I bought 2 of these to try and prevent 'runners knee' while I'm training for a half marathon. I used them for the first time today and ran 8 miles without being in pain at the end. I do agree with another reviewer that some instructions would be useful, however by looking at the picture I was able to work out how to wear them. As far as how tight they should be, guess that may depend on how long and what you are wearing them for. As I'm just wearing them while running I do have them fairly tight to give the support and they fix really easily and stay at the tightness you start with, no slipping which is good. There is no way of knowing how they will wear over time but I plan to hand wash them when necessary. I wore them over my running tights and they felt great and I doubt they will need to be washed very often. I can't comment on how comfortable they would be worn next to the skin. I am pleased with the product and they arrived quickly.

Less stress
Bought this one and another make. I use it for running and zumba. It does help reduce stress on my knee. It's a lot narrower than the Mueller strap but works the same.
