My four and a half year old loves this. She makes up "sentences" using magnetic words and we read them back. She enjoys writing text and playing noughts and crosses on the board with a board marker. The board is not huge but is a sufficient size. After only three weeks there are scratches on the board - I'll have to see how it weathers in the long term.

Excellent addition to learning as it is fun and the children can use several colours and are not too distressed if they get things wrong as they simply rub it out!!

Fine for the job, but the frame came off as I pulled the packaging off. It's gone back on fine, but was as expected for the money paid!
