A very bright torch, sometimes I turn it on just to marvel at how bright it is. Its like having the sun in your pocket, except this runs on batteries and not nuclear fusion.

As expected from the Maglite brand, a very good quality torch; even so, I was surprised how bright it is - so be careful using it near traffic, as it could easily dazzle a driver or cyclist.
Unusually, it is worth reading the instruction manual (for instructions in how to switch to "dim" and "blink" modes.)

My old Maglite Mini gave up the ghost and needed replacing. I thought I would give this new LED variant a try - wonderful. I thought the old one was good but the light from the LED is really wonderful.
