I would recommend this torch to everyone. It is brighter than any other torch I own. I've heard stories that these last forever, are waterproof, fireproof etc. Looking at my Maglite I would well believe it but don't fancy testing it!!
It has a good weight without being heavy and you can tell straight away it is quality product. It allows you too focus from a wide beam of light to a more concentrated spot in a quarter turn. I have had the cheaper copies of this torch but now I see why they are cheaper.
If you decide to buy a Maglite don't cheapen it with low quality batteries and buy the best you can.

The flashlight is not as bright as some people have described it and it feels like even a keyring Led Lenser flashlight is brighter. I would def. recommend going for a Led Lenser T7 or so instead of this one as I was really disappointed when using this one for the first time.

Yet another great product from Maglite. The flashlight is heavy-duty and projects an adequate beam of light. The width / strength of the beam can be adusted easily by twisting the top of the flashlight. It comes with a replacement bulb cleverly nestled in the flashlight. Great product.

Light weaponry!
This is probably the best torch money can buy. It produces a focusable beam, although the LED ones are probably brighter. It also comes in handy for whacking muggers!

Maglite Torch excellant product super beam very heavy gives you the feeling of power if attacked.The only down on this one is the shadow in the centre of the light beam.

Good if not spectacular
