I really can't recommend this machine too highly. It makes superb coffe in a moment. The machine does everything for you apart from remembering to buy the coffee beans! It grinds,filters and delivers a delicious cup in seconds. Then you have a choice of eyelid raising Espresso or creamy Cappuccino. One word of warning - The instruction booklet is potentially very confusing. But persevere - the results are worth it. I'm still exploring all the features. It is, at first sight, very expensive. But if, like me, you got a bargain from the Exchange section of Amazon then the sting is not quite so bad. Believe me you won't find a better coffee machine on the market unless you go for a catering standard one (and if you think this machine is expensive....)

Having been frustrated with cheaper espresso/cappuccino makers in the past, I can honestly say that this is by far the best machine that I've used so far.First and foremost - it makes great espresso. A lovely thick crema, and numerous strength and grind settings to tinker with until everything's just how you like it. It's fully automatic - just press go and 15 seconds later a freshly ground espresso. Awesome. It looks absolutely beautiful sat on the work surface (and suitably imposing). It has a huge water tank (removable) and can hold a full 500g bag of beans. And the steamer usefully has two settings for either just steaming the milk or frothing it properly (for all those latte aficionados out there). The only real down side is that although you can make the coffee and steam the milk really quickly (latte in well under a minute), you then have to spend almost as long cleaning the thing afterwards, especially the milk which seems to have gone everywhere... This is mainly because the frothing nozzle is far too short. You also have to buy the cleaning tablets separately (£9 every 350 cups) which is a bit cheeky given the price of the machine in the first place. All in all a great machine that I'd wholeheartedly recommend.

This machine has to be the best around. Every morning, day after day, my fresh ground coffee is there for me within seconds. It is even faster than making my wife's tea!You make the coffee how you like it from double strength Expresso to American dishwater. You simply set the dial where you want it. As for producing cup after cup of the same high standard - absolutely incredible. I cannot recommend it enough.
