Peel the celery and cut into slices using the slicer disc. Make the mayonnaise in the bowl. Stir the apple and celery into the mayonnaise, adding the walnuts. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves, ingredients for 4 serves, preparation time 15 minutes, 2 red delicious apples, 2 sticks celery, 8 cl ( 3 fl oz) very lemony mayonnaise, 50 g (2 oz) shelled walnuts, a few lettuce leaves.
