I have owned several Cuisinart Machines before and have found this to work better than any of the other machines hands down. It includes a handy organizer that will store all of your blades and discs. Also, I love the three different prep bowl sizes included, I no longer need two different sizes of food processers because I have it all in one. Clean up is a breeze even when washing by hand. Being made by the same people who made the first cuisinarts before outsourcing to china became normal, which my grandmother and great aunt still use I expect it to last a long time.

such a heavy solid machine, the 4by4 of the kitchen tool. Excelent grating and slicing disks which don't seem to chew and spatter grated goods as my 20 year old Braun seemed to do. The 2 smaller bows seem to be a wast of space however. I have only used the small bowl twice, but it has very specifick functions. Perhaps I havnt tried hard enough, but i was obliged to wash up all three bowls afterwards which consumes time and space. Almost ready to buy a Kenwood mini chopper to do those jobs which the main bowl won't do. Love the weight power, strength and easy ish locking. The xl feed tube is a bit of a faff unless you are fairly confident that you are going to use it Aged Parent
