Good idea...,

However this product is not cost effective. I love everything about it, but it runs out preety fast. I bought the bigger cannister however this only lasted about a week. It does what it says, but I do not justify the pricing of it unless you are rich and can afford it. I bought the cool spray alternative (fill with water, pump and press for a fine mist of water). This is actually really good and cheap, and once more you just refill with water. The mist is very nice and cools you down. It's not the same as this product, but believe me it gets the job done.

The price of this put me off buying for a while, but in the end I decided to give it a go for help with hot flushes. Although it does work and has an instant cooling effect, it is only minimally better than a plain water spray and the effect wears off after a few moments. As a hot flush lasts about five minutes it's therefore pretty useless for my needs and I wouldn't buy it again.

As I said in my title, it does work but the effects seem to be short lived, more than that I really disliked the perfume smell that it has, I believe there is a non-perfumed version so I'd go for that next time.
