Although nicely designed, it is absolute pain to use. The battery does not last even 24 hours, and the call cuts off after half an hour. Tried with new batteries but the same result. Touchscreen is horrible, takes few tries to dial the number. You can find something better for less money. Would not recommend it.

These days more and more people are neglecting the land line phone in the home, hiding it away in the corner and opting to use their mobile phone instead.

With its high gloss piano black finish, mood lighting, touch keypad and white laser etched graphics, you can now be proud to show off your phone...
Not only does the Torque look and feel great but comes fully loaded with features including, digital answer phone, 100 name/number phonebook, SMS, up to 10.5 hours talk time, 20 polyphonic ringtones and an ECO mode for power saving.
The cordless handset is comfortable and light to hold, the menus are simple and straight forward to navigate, but you need to watch not brush your cheek against the sensitive touch screen whist on a call or you may just cut the other person off.
On the underside of the base unit - which also doubles up as the charging station is the 'mood light' which can be turned off as it's more of a distraction than a 'feature' in low light environments.
The Torque does everything any other phone does, but it does stand well above the rest in the fashion department.

This product is very stylish and and fictional. The looks of the phone in the pictures don't do it justice and this is by far a nice touch as any home gadget. The functions of the phone are vast and allow easy operation for you to setup, I have only one issue with this phone and that is the sound level could be a little louder, but other than that I would buy this time and time again. The answer machine has a nice touch that if your on the phone your answer phone can have a seperate message to advise this. It also has the ability to use text and you can have multiple users set on the phone so you can track the text messages. Once you have set up the phone it could be a long time inputting all the details could waste a lot of time, the phone has the ability to send details to a new phone and as its a DECT phone you can connect up to 5 phones on the same hub.
Overall a great phone for the home or a small business.
