great looking phone,has a mind of it,s own ,touch screen wanders from menu trying to make a call hard work sceen far to sensitive i,ve had this phone for a year now,and have decided enough is enough.trying to get acall can take ages ,many family have tried and have all reached the same conclusion,design 10/10 userability 4/10, smears badly always cleaning.

I'm writing this whilst my wife shouts at the Magibox phone yet again. Looks great, fantastic spec, completely useless. As reviewed by others the handset is far too sensitive and therefore cannot be held near your face without it muting or activating hands free. Should have sent it back for a refund but assumed that we would get used to it. We haven't. Do not buy this phone.

Touch sensitive dial causes problems when talking on the phone as it is far too sensitive - whilst against your ear, it can activate secrecy mode or press the intercom button so that the other person cannot hear you talking.
Also seems to cutoff about 30 minutes into any call for no reason as identified by other reviewers. Problem that dial only lights up after pressing a button and goes dark while you are talking so if you call a helpline and need to navigate a menu, the dial is dark making it hard to find the buttons to press. If you just want a nice looking doorstep buy it, if you want a phone that works, look elsewhere

Although nicely designed, it is absolute pain to use. The battery does not last even 24 hours, and the call cuts off after half an hour. Read more
