These phones look good, but that's all you can say for them. Reception is terrible, with constant interference, which is not something I've ever found before with a DECT phone, even a cheap one. It refused to store my answerphone message, and repeatedly lost all stored and redial numbers. Finally, after about 10 days use, one of the handsets went completely dead. Needless to say, at this point they were returned. Do not be taken in by stylish appearances: these are very bad phones and you should avoid.

I bought these phones as i wanted multiple wireless handsets that i could attach to the wall. These phones are worse than useless. If you try to fix them to a wall, they won't charge. The construction is so poor that unless they are lying down, the contacts do not touch. The reception is appalling, regardless of where your standing. Try standing next to the primary phone, and it's still useless. I Have tried changing adsl splitter, but no use. The answer phone is worse than useless. If you are used to the functionality of even a cheap mobile phone, you'll be astounded by the impracticality of this one. All calls are listed in one list, not calls made / received etc. Without all these functions, I would have been happy if the phones actually worked (since they do look pretty swish), but when you are having trouble hearing someone on the phone in this day and age, there is something drastically wrong! I cannot believe that someone actually gave it 5 stars. Beware that review, and believe all the others.

I would have to disagree with the previous reveiwer. I have the twin pack of these and they are really very good. Some people complain about the rign tones but there is one that is quite good and you can hear it around the house. We use the BT lines answerphone so I have no knowledge on this. THe reception is generally good. I have had all manner of DECT phones and the reception is always the same. You are also influenced by the quality of the line as well. These are cool, compact, well made phones. I am looking for two more to add around the house. I would recommend them.
