with the opening of the first story as captivating as this you'll be guaranteed 58 mins of peace (thats if you can get the wonderfull catchy song out of your head!) this dvd has four stories about all our favourite characters from the hundred acre wood: rabbit marks the spot, friend in deed, the piglet who would be king and donkey for a day. as always there is a lesson to be learnt in each story, so what better than to let your child enjoy watching pooh and friends and learn a little at the same time, truly inspirational!!

My 3 year old loves this DVD she joins pooh bear and his friends on 4 different adventures, her favourite being 'rabbit marks the spot' because they are pretending to be pirates

The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh was a cartoon series that premiered in 1988 on The Disney Channel. 13 episodes aired before the show moved to ABC in the fall of 1988. Each episode was either a full length story that covered the entire episode, or two short stories that filled the episode. Season 1 had 22 episodes, Season 2 had 10 episodes, Season 3 had 10 episodes and Season 4 had 8 episodes, totaling 50 episodes and concluding in 1991.
The series was then followed by a number of specials. In order, these were Winnie the Pooh and Christmas Too in 1991, Boo To You! Winnie the Pooh in 1996, A Winnie the Pooh Thanksgiving in 1998, Winnie the Pooh: A Valentine for You in 1999 and Winnie the Pooh; A Very Merry Pooh Year in 2002.
As of 2012, Disney has yet to release the show as a complete series. The majority of episodes have however been released in various collections over the years on VHS and DVD in the UK and US.
This DVD is called The Magical World of Winnie the Pooh: All For One, One For All and is Volume 1 in The Magical World of Winnie the Pooh DVD series. The next volume is Magical World Of Winnie The Pooh - Vol. 2 - Little Things Mean A Lot [DVD].
Episodes include:

Friend, In Deed (Episode 2-1)
The Piglet Who Would Be King (Episode 5)

Daughter loves this
This is a must for any Pooh fans. My daugther loves these timeless classics. 3 mini stories with all your favourite chacters, a very entertaining hours veiwing.

Loud and fast
Loud and fast. I would rather calm my daughter in front of the TV so this doesn't suit us!

can anybody tell me if any of these dvd's with winnie and friends have icelandic subtitles?
